Russian language proficiency certificate

To obtain a patent, temporary residence permit, residence permit and citizenship, you need to confirm that you speak Russian. To do this, you must obtain the appropriate certificate by passing verification tests.

In "Migrant24" you can take a test and get a Certificate of Russian language proficiency

Testing includes:

Reading - 15 minutes
Letter - 10 minutes
Vocabulary-grammar - 15 minutes
Listening - 15 minutes
Oral speech - 10 minutes
History of Russia - 30 minutes
Fundamentals of Russian legislation - 30 minutes

After passing the written part of the test, a video is taken, where the examiner asks questions on free topics

Preparation of the certificate takes 1-3 days

Payment is made only after the successful passing of the exam.

Who does not need to be certified?

Foreigners who came to Russia as tourists or on a private or business visit do not need to pass a test for Russian language proficiency, as well as:

highly qualified professionals and family members;
minors;
men over 65 and women over sixty;
incompetent;
native speakers of the Russian language (the status is documented);
those who are included in the State program for the resettlement of compatriots to their homeland.

Persons with disabilities of the first group and residents of those countries where Russian is the second state language can also obtain Russian citizenship without passing certification.
