Foreign citizens who do not have grounds for obtaining a residence permit in a simplified manner, but at the same time have a TRP, can apply for a residence permit in the general manner. To do this, you need to live on a temporary residence permit in Russia for at least 8 months

What documents are required?

1. 4 photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, photos must be matte, color, on a white background.
2. Notarized translations of passports, birth certificates, marriage or divorce certificates, if necessary, confirmation of the change of installation data.
3. Certificate of passing the exam for knowledge of the Russian language, history of Russia, fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Medical conclusion on the absence of infectious diseases that pose a danger to others. Certificate of absence of HIV infection. Conclusion of a psychiatrist-narcologist.
5. Receipt of payment of the state fee in the amount of 5000 rubles.
6. Certificate confirming the applicant's income. This can be 2NDFL, 3NDFL or a certificate of the state of the bank deposit.

Citizens of these countries have grounds for issuing a Russian residence permit in a simplified manner, on the basis of their citizenship. Preliminary registration of RVP is not required.

What do I need to provide when applying for a residence permit?

1. 4 photographs sized 3.5 x 4.5 centimeters (matte, color, on a white background);
2. Medical conclusion on the presence (absence) of infectious diseases that pose a danger to others. Certificate of absence of HIV infection. Conclusion of a psychiatrist-narcologist;
3. Certificate of Russian language proficiency, history of Russia, fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Citizens of the Republic of Belarus do not need this certificate when providing a certificate or diploma;
4. A notarized copy of the passport, as well as birth and marriage certificates (if necessary, confirmation of the change in the installation data);
5. Copies of the migration card and notification of the stay of a foreign citizen;
6. Receipt of payment of state duty in the amount of 5000 rubles;
7. Certificate 2NDFL or 3NDFL, or an extract on the status of the deposit.

In total, 4 criteria have been approved, according to which foreign investors can apply for a residence permit in the Russian Federation:
1. A foreign investor may apply for a residence permit in Russia if he has made investments in the amount of at least 15 million rubles in socially significant projects of the subjects of the Russian Federation within 3 years.
2. A residence permit in Russia by investment can also be obtained by foreign citizens who have purchased real estate in Russia at the construction stage or within 2 years after their commissioning and continuously own this property for 1 year before applying for a residence permit.
Important! To obtain an investor's residence permit, the cadastral value of real estate in the city of Moscow must be at least 50 million rubles, in the territory of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District - at least 25 million rubles, in the territories of other subjects of the Russian Federation - at least 20 million rubles. At the same time, there should be no restrictions on rights and encumbrances on real estate during the specified period of ownership by a foreigner.
3. Also, a foreign citizen who has registered a legal entity (a business partnership, LLC, JSC with a single founder, a peasant (farm) enterprise or economic partnership) on the territory of the Russian Federation, which has already been engaged in entrepreneurial activity for 2 years, can also obtain a residence permit in Russia by investment. years preceding the calendar year in which the foreign citizen applied for a residence permit.
Important! At the same time, the foreigner must be the sole participant of the JSC or LLC at the time of consideration of his application for a residence permit and the adoption of a decision on it.
4. In addition, a foreign citizen who has made an investment in the amount of at least 30 million rubles in a Russian legal entity can also apply for a residence permit in Russia: LLC, JSC, economic partnership, peasant (farm) enterprise, economic partnership that carries out entrepreneurial activity on the territory of the Russian Federation for 3 years.
Important! In the calendar year that precedes the calendar year in which a foreign citizen applied for a residence permit in Russia, the amount of taxes and fees paid by the enterprise, and insurance contributions to state non-budgetary funds must be at least 6 million rubles, (excluding state duty and taking into account the refunds of the amounts of overpaid or overcharged taxes and fees)
